Excellent bonito flake ramen. You can choose from a few types including tsukemen but I went with the special bonito that includes three types of meat. The noodles were also special and it seems that they either make them themselves or just use a high-quality supplier. For all these reasons price is slightly above average (1100 yen for the special). Expect some waiting time as this is a 5 seats place.

Good ramens and awesome costumer service

If you take a bus, it's close to Omiya Hachimangu-mae, so I think it's easy to access from various places such as Shinjuku Station, Nakano Station, Koenji Station, and Shin-Koenji Station. (In addition, when it opened, there were 5 people including myself.) Enter the store, first buy a meal ticket and take a seat. This time, I asked for "special bonito soy sauce ramen 1250 yen". "Tokuno Ramen" is so hot that it can't be cooked, so it was closed for the whole of August. It became a bowl in about 11 minutes. It's a special bonito soy sauce ramen. It's superb. I also feel the oil and yuzu of grilled green onions. Noodles are straight thin noodles with medium water. No, it's a perfect match. The ingredients are specially made, so it was a taste egg, roasted shoulder loin, roasted rose meat, chicken breast meat and three types of chashu, green onions, menma, seaweed, and taste balls. The taste balls are sweet and this is good. Well, the overall balance is good, and the various ingredients are good and delicious. As I wrote earlier, the flavored egg is especially delicious. It was my favorite ramen. No complaints!
