2-3 minutes from Minamiasagaya Station on Ome Kaido towards Ogikubo An authentic tonkotsu ramen restaurant that has been in business for 20 years. The exterior has a casual atmosphere, making it look more like an izakaya than a ramen restaurant. I visited during lunch time, and it seemed to be pretty full. I ordered the A set (820 yen) of pork bone ramen and mustard greens rice, which is a great lunch set. I think people have their own preferences about tonkotsu ramen. It's not too light, it's not too thick, and it doesn't have a particular odor, which is what I personally like. The soup carefully follows the authentic taste, It feels like a restaurant you would normally pop into after going to Hakata and having a drink. I didn't specify the hardness of the noodles, but they were just the local style. The Takana rice was well cooked and delicious. However, curry rice and tonkotsu ramen for lunch is a wonderful combination. I'm curious because there were quite a few people asking for it. I would like to try the curry and rice at a tonkotsu ramen restaurant rather than the curry and rice at a soba restaurant. Ah, it's close to my house so I can go there again.
