This Ramen shop has original specialty that main branch located at Tsubame city, meaning of swallow, Niigata prefecture, north of Japan and facing to Japanese sea area being famous for the manufacture of cutleries. You can enjoy several grade of back fat of pig from lighter to heavier. And one typical point of the ramen is topping with minced onion. Strongly recommended to have original ramen for the first time.

The entrance is not flashy nor very inviting, but the noodle dishes are amazing! You can order using the ticket machine at the front, so Japanese is not really needed. You sit at a long counter, with just enough isle space to squeeze in. Definitely worth a try!
