More Comments at Google MapActually, I was planning to go to another ramen shop, but there was a line and it was raining. After giving up and walking around, I found Watetsu, which was vacant, and entered the store. Purchase a meal ticket from the machine and take your seat. The ramen with dried sardines was delicious. To say the least, the owner and staff were unfriendly, but regardless of that, the food was delicious. I'm sure he's shy. The service is so good that I think it's worth paying more for, such as free large portions on weekdays and rice included. I also received a coupon for one topping for my next meal. I just happened to come in when it was empty, and one woman after another came in. It also spins fast.
Seafood Tsukemen. If it's average, it won't be enough, so it's better to order a large serving... The dipping sauce can be mixed with the soup, but I personally don't mind drinking it as is.
"Wafu Ramen Watetsu" is located a few minutes on foot from the east exit of JR Kamata Station. This is a shop I visit from time to time, but this time I ordered "Japanese-style Chinese soba (900 yen)" with many ingredients. It is a very delicious ramen that goes well with the dried sardines soup and slightly thin noodles. A large serving of noodles is always free, and depending on the time of day, there is also a free service of mini chashu rice bowls. Recently, the price has been raised, but I think it's still a reasonably priced ramen. The customer service is somewhat curt and unfriendly, but some people are clumsy, so they may be communicating with customers through ramen.
