Being an American tourist, I would not claim that I am expert in ramen. Having said that, coming from LA we do have our share of good ramen. What we really do appreciate is their effort in accommodating foreign tourists. Once they realize that we don't speak Japanese, they gave us their English "menu". The translation is not accurate, but if u have had your share of ramen the pictures should suffice. We ordered two Miso and one spicy Tsukumen. The soup/sauce for both are thick and very flavorful. The Tsukumen has a strong dried seafood based (squid?) so if u love seafood like I do, this is a must try. The spiciness is just enough that it takes a while to burn your tounge. The Miso broth has a strong Miso taste too, which is delicious and fragrant. We also ordered the Gyoza which turned out too much since the bowls of ramen are good size. For about 800 - 1100 yen per bowl, it is a bargain of hearty meal after a long cramped flight. Last, excellent service!!
