Minato City, Tokyo, Japan｜Ramen Fujin

For their cold dan dan noodle. 5 star. I would go back just for this dish. I’ve found I don’t love ramen lately as much anymore cause the hot soup + noodle = soggy noodles depends on how fast you eat. But with this cold noodle, the texture of the noodle was amazingly chewy and that is persisted til the very last bite. Adding on to the sesame meat sauce on top of what I believe is their normal stock with some vinegary taste, it accomplishes a really light and slippery full body taste that’s simply begs for slurping and nomming. We also got the pork ramen and gyoza, they were good especially for the price but I would not make a trip for them. The cold dan dan 100% would look for the taste the rest of my trip in Japan.

Located outside the Shinagawa Station. Miso Ramen was tasty - cant confirm prior ratings. Restaurant was looking a little old but not filthy or dirty, was okay. Staff was polite and food delicous. I think as long as your are not a japanese resident, with good experience in traditional cuisine, you shouldnt complain. Anyways would recommend

An true counter ramen house...for my first meal in Japan...cook by a non English speaking little old Japanese men... make me feel special on March 23.2023 ...8pm some body say yummy 😋
