Super-extra-chilli-hot ramen is not exactly a crowded battleground in Tokyo. But this small and friendly neighborhood eatery does so easily beat its Goliath competition (read: Mouko Tanmen Nakamoto) that the place deserves 5 stars. It's well worth somewhat lengthy queuing.
