Iekei ramen that I have been using for many years. The soup can be a little thin at times, but my family thinks it's salty, and the chashu has a strong flavor, so it's just right. I made it into a large serving with thick noodles and 3 pieces of meat. Even if you compare it to the Iekei ramen in the neighborhood, it is by far the most delicious. What is surprising is that everything is done in one operation. It's too amazing. We have been working hard despite the coronavirus pandemic.
I went to all the shops I wanted to go to before moving from Omori! My first visit to Seiya Omori Sanno branch, which I had been interested in since it had the same name as my name! After Ichirokuya, which was the leading family ramen restaurant in Omori, closed down, I thought that ``Omoriya'' or ``Seiya'' would satisfy the desires of Omori ramen people, so I stopped by. I now regret not bringing it with me...😅 Even though they have the same name, ``Makoto'', ``Iekei Ramen Makotoya'' in Aomono Yokocho is a branch of the Honmoku family → Kawasaki family, and ``Seiya'' is the same name as ``Paimen'' in Nakameguro, Setagaya, and Itabashi. It seems that there is no relationship in the series 😒 Entered the store with high expectations! I bought a 3-piece assortment with thick noodles and meat from the ticket vending machine and ordered both firm and small 🙋! A great service is that you can get a large serving of thick noodles for free! For toppings, choose chashu, spinach, and soft-boiled egg👍 While being overwhelmed by the volume of toppings, I took a sip of the soup... In the review, it was written that ``Just walking in front of Seiya, you can smell the smell of pork bones!'', so I thought it would have a strong taste of pork bones, but the soup didn't have much of a strong taste and had a gentle taste😮 ! The chashu is well marinated in the sauce, so the flavor soaks in and is delicious, but since it's cold, it's better to soak it in the soup 😃 The thick noodles are advertised as one of their signature menu items, and they were plump and delicious with just the firmness you like 😋! Thank you for the meal☺️!
