I enjoyed the salted tsukemen. The dipping sauce was still a little strong, but the overall taste was just right. Both types of meat are also delicious. If you don't have enough, you can order a char siu bowl or take advantage of a large serving. Both large servings and eggs are reasonably priced, so I can feel the owner's determination to lower the base price even for slightly smaller portions. thank you. I heard a voice from the chashu bowl asking me to try it, but I'll see you next time. I'm looking forward to it.
I ordered the summer limited cold ramen 850 yen (750 yen for weekday lunch). You can choose salt or soy sauce, but I ate both in two batches. It's not a banging feeling, anyway, it's well-balanced. I was surprised by the sense of unity between the ingredients and the noodles. It seems that they use niboshi, but there is no harshness at all. The salt was milder and had a slightly sweeter taste, while the soy sauce had a crisper flavor that reminded me of the soba sauce. Both were very good, but I personally preferred soy sauce. I am grateful that eggs can be topped for 100 yen these days. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The salt content was mild enough to finish the soup, but it didn't feel like it had a weak taste. ! The owner is friendly, and the storefront is stylish, so I think it's a good store.
