We were very surprised. The ramen had a sophisticated flavor with a touch of spices, quite different from the traditional one. The pork rice bowl was also delicious. We went on a Thursday after 1pm and it wasn't busy. We will certainly return soon.

Almost perfect. The broth has a unique flavour, is light, and is not overly salty. The seasoned egg is delicious. The presentation is beautiful. But I was disappointed with the pork: fat and hard to eat. So I would not recommend the “extra pork” option.

The ingredients taste a bit original (was the menma marinated in cinnamon?), but the meat was of good quality. Ordering extra rice is not necessary, only order it if dried fish and raw eggs are not a problem for you.
