Light and easy-to-eat chicken soup ramen. The oil floats on top of the soup, ensuring it is always piping hot. I like the salty version because it's a soup that has an umami flavor to it. The noodles are thin and chewy, and go well with the soup. There aren't many ramen shops around here, so I think this is one place that should come in handy. Very easy to eat, tanrei-style noodles. The oil is thinner and has a warming effect, which makes the hot water hotter and has a special heat. Soy sauce flavor, Japanese salt flavor, personal comparison of happy salt flavor. Fresh and beautiful hot water, not too salty, noodle soup with good suction, and noodle soup in the desert. I stopped by before an event at Persimmon Hall. I entered the store without getting any information and was curious about the sign outside. It was hot, so I ordered cold ramen. There were two types of soup, and without hesitation I ordered the salty one. (The other type was shrimp) It was my first time going to a restaurant and I was curious about the menu, so I looked at a lot of things. I was with an elementary school student, so Added the store's original potato salad. It was too good to be true. Since then, many customers with children have ordered the same thing, so it must be popular. The chilled ramen soup was so delicious that I wanted to drink it all. Because I ordered potato salad and boiled egg. I gave up because my stomach was full. I wonder if it's the shopkeeper? He was a young man and I felt good about him. The menu was full of Aomori favorites, so I wonder if people from Aomori are doing it. I want to eat chilled ramen again, so I'm going to the parade.
