You order while in line on their vending machine by the door, cash only. The tsukemen is better than any tsukemen I’ve had in NYC, the broth is thick and flavorful. The noodles were also fantastic. Casual and adheres to the KISS principle. They were playing a mix of country and top hits of the US

I love tsukemen and this has been one of the best ones I've had. The dipping broth is very flavourful and thick yet not overpowering. Noodles are firm but has that nice spring/bounce to it, very chewy, huge portion! And the chashu is wow so tender and again, flavour is just perfect! Chefs and staff are all very skilled and friendly too. Will definitely visit again when I'm back in Japan!
