Setagaya City, Tokyo, Japan｜Fujishiro Sangenjaya

Delicious! I especially liked the broth. It’s not too salty and has a slight fish taste. Plus, they have lemon ginger at the counter you can add as you like. Of all the ramen shops in Sangenjaya, this is my favorite.

Small shop but provides the best dipping ramen. I've been through Japan and this dipping ramen tops it off. The chef was nice and kind to share a bowl as it is quite a large portion of ramen. The atmosphere and music choice made us want to sing along. In total I've been there 4 times and not once has it disappointed. The dipping ramen is the 1000 yen one.

I had the Tsukemen, my gf had the ramen. Both were Amazing!!! The broth is thick like a tonkatsu but made from chicken instead of pork. Highly recommend!!
