Refreshing ginger ramen with spinach

A ramen shop that I happened to see when I was searching for the way to Cafe Ruan on Google Maps. It was a big hit when I entered with a feeling of winning. Refreshing soy sauce, curly noodles, charcuterie that crumbles in your mouth, and the scent of ginger that spreads softly! The Yokohama family is good, but this kind of refreshing system is also wonderful.

When I entered the store, it was packed 😅 I thought about leaving for a moment, but I was anxious about the salt ramen and waited. ⌚️ I thought about it because I was told to buy the food ticket first, but I was at the limit of my hunger, so I bought it. Inside the store ★★★★☆ It feels clean and has a good impression. There aren't that many seats, but the staff were efficient and the turnover was quick. Customer service★★★★★ The language is polite and wonderful. Best of all, it's great to see the owner having fun making ramen! ! It's really amazing to see store owners who pay attention to the customers outside the store, where the number of stores that I often see is that the employees just talk nonsense among themselves and don't pay attention to the customers. Taste★★★★☆ It was delicious😊 but it wasn't the salt I liked. Still, ★4 is great. The slight ginger is also nice. I would like to go again if it is available.
