We ate the seasonal one. called “Tarako tanmen” The cod roe blends well with the soup and has a thick texture. I recommend ordering extra rice and eating it with soup.

Venturing here on a friend's recommendation, I found myself pleasantly surprised. The MaboTufu Noodles lunch was a revelation - a dish that boldly strays from the well-trodden ramen path, yet remains true to the spirit of the cuisine. The spice level was a delightful challenge, enough to induce a mild sweat but not overwhelm the palate. It was a welcome change from the usual, offering a unique twist that made the meal memorable. The price was another pleasant surprise, proving that great food doesn't always have to come with a hefty price tag. It's a testament to the value offered by this establishment. In conclusion, Sanpo-Tei Noodles shop is a must-visit for those seeking a ramen experience that dares to be different. It's not just about eating, it's about embarking on a culinary adventure. I think you will be pleasantly pleased and wanting to return soon, just like me!

とても delicious しかった.见た目は辛いけど, 食べる时は免然しんどくなかった. Personal にはサンラータンメンのほうが好き! (ワンタンのXO Sauce あえもうまい) When I first moved to Tokyo, mapo tofu noodles in the post-Nakamoto era were popular in the industry, with dry soup and fragrant mochi. In a blink of an eye, it will take three years to come to Tokyo, and this "Niigata Sambo-tei" on the way home is still there, celebrating their third anniversary. I haven't eaten for a long time, so I bent over again to relive my memories. Sambo Pavilion does not sell Sambo Rice, but I am grateful for the fried pork ribs. Even if it is Japanese-style ribs, eating with eyes closed can best taste the similarity (?) to Taiwanese ribs. The great thing about this restaurant is that it still offers Chinese fast-fried set meals like business lunches at night. The price is reasonable, and there are Niigata rice, Niigata Yansanjo utensils, and of course Niigata's Hakkaisan and Shinshin can be ordered to match. However, the goal is of course to be listed as the sixth largest ramen in Niigata, the Dai Thicken Mapo Tofu Noodles. After three years, whether it is mapo tofu noodles or hot and sour noodle soup, the thickness, spiciness and flavor of the soup have finally been adjusted to a better balance. It is served with half-price super carbonated lemon sour. The concentration is a bit high, but I still can't help but drink the soup slowly one after another! Although there are no decent hot and sour soup dumplings in Tokyo (not even decent soup dumplings), I think this hot and sour pork rib soup noodle is okay. The qualifications for landing in Tokyo are similar to mine, so please give me your advice in the future.
