Unique, this kind of ramen I haven’t tried in my life. And just what they said, cheese matches miso well in the bowl of ramen. The staffs treated me well and willing to help. Im willing to introduce to friends who enjoy untraditional ramen. Highly recommended!

Cheese heaven! The specialty cheese ramen here is incredibly unique, and truly unforgettable. A must try for those who enjoy cheese. Beneath the mountain of cheese is an already-creamy tonkotsu broth with a hint of miso, but when you begin to mix in the cheese it makes it even more creamy and salty! Additional toppings include corn and bean sprouts, which help to add a little texture and make the bowl feel a little less heavy.

The first time I came here was mostly out of curiosity. As I am both a ramen lover and a cheese lover, I thought I should give it a try. Well, my expectations were exceeded! I really did not expect the cheese to be of such good quality, it is very savory! The soup is delicious too, and it gets even better when some of the generous portion of cheese starts melting. I come eat a bowl on a regular basis now, and I highly recommend the standard cheese ramen (the tomato cheese ramen tastes good too but might not be as interesting).
