Excellent tsukemen. Nice little place.

I love the backfat soy sauce ramen here. The combination with beef tendon curry is the strongest! The ramen has a savory back fat, but it is refreshing with the texture of chopped raw onions. Char siu is also soft. I could come to eat this much curry, and no matter where I scooped up the roux, it was beef tendon! is good

Ordered backfat soy sauce for 900 yen. From the order, it doesn't take long to get there. I thought the combination of extra-thick noodles, soy sauce-flavored soup, and backfat was a perfect match. It also came with finely chopped onions, and the texture was good. However, I felt that the volume was not so much and I felt unsatisfactory, so I thought it would be better to have a large serving or a "special" topped with eggs and char siu. Also, I personally like tsukemen and mazesoba, so I'd be happy if they were added to the menu someday.
