In my opinion this is some of the best ramen in Tokyo! Firstly, the staff are incredibly nice and attentive. While they don’t speak much English, there is an english menu next to the vending machine to help you order. The shop fills up quite quickly at lunchtimes with local people slurping away, giving it a great local ambience! The ramen broth is deep, rich and flavourful. My favourite is the negi ramen ネギラーメン which has the perfect amount of spice. I love Makotoya!

Friendly and they speak a bit of English. Good value due to amount of toppings that they include for the price!

Staff is really nice, for a 650 yen ramen it's really good quality. The taste and smell of the broth is really pungeant so be warned.
