Wowowow!! I cannot recommend this ramen shop enough. There will likely be a line but service is fast. Place your order via the vending machine to get a ticket to hand to the chef. I got the specialty ramen that had a shrimp dumpling, extra thick and chewy noodles, bamboo shoots… and then I added pork, osen egg (marinated soft boiled egg), and seaweed. SO GOOD and so cheap! 🤤

😀/🥹 This was a bowl of very yummy ramen, and the noodle texture really reminded me of knife cut noodles. It was thick and chewy and went really well with the broth. A little pricy sure, but what isn’t nowadays, especially for actual artisanal noodles

The shoyu ramen was delicious, with a large wonton, soft-boiled eggs, 2 slices of meat, and some wide noodles. The specialty of this restaurant is also homemade noodles. Very thick noodles. Feeling a little doughy. Friends who like to eat rough noodles can try it! The soup base tastes very authentic! The noodles are also very strong!
