I ate "Hakata Mentaiko Ramen". By combining the light soup with the spicy mentaiko, it became the ultimate dish. I want to go again.

I wanted to eat Kyushu Tonkotsu Ramen so I decided to stop by. Before I bought a ticket and sat down, I told them that the texture was normal, prepared a cold drink, and sat down. Then, the rice bowl arrived soon! As expected, ultra-thin noodles. It's fast and delicious! You'll be eating it up in no time, so add some mackerel. It's delicious even if you change the taste by adding pickled ginger and garlic.
