Shibuya City, Tokyo, Japan｜Butayama Hatagaya

This is my favourite style of ramen (Jiro) and favourite store. Jiro style is known by being on the hardcore spectrum of ramen (both in flavour and quantity) and Butayama is one of those. The staff is friendly and the food itself has a good price for your money. You will definitely enjoy here. Be aware that their "big serve" is REALLY BIG and any extra will be significantly bigger. They have a small sign on the counter table on how to order so translate it and make look like native when ordering 😉

No matter which store I go to at Butayama, the customer service, taste, and facilities are divine, so I felt safe going into this store. The two young staff members politely greeted customers and made us feel comfortable. The taste was delicious, the portion was just right, and I was satisfied. I'll come back later! delicious! It was clearly different from other pork mountains. I ordered it without soup, but the taste was clearly better than other pork mountains. I had to leave the store immediately due to the poor customer service and filth at another Butayama store, but this store is very clean and the people working there are cheerful and polite, which is more obvious than other stores. It was delicious. I would like to visit this shop again when I stop by Hatagaya. I was also happy that the cup was a tumbler, so the cold water stayed cold for a long time.
