More Comments at Google MapBumped into a line that was forming 10 minutes before opening and decided to try it out. Managed to get a seat as the first batch of bar seat customers. The chashu was soft, tender and a hearty serving. Noodles were springy and soup was light but flavorful. Very generous with their serving of noodles. Saw the other reviews talking about bad service but the staff today were nothing but professional. Vending machine for ordering is cash only. Prices are a bit steep compared to other ramen shops.
The tsukemen and ramen here was simply amazing. The flavor, texture, aroma, and portion size was so perfect. We found this place through a food blog on YouTube and it does not disappoint. The eating counter was fully populated when we arrived and we were probably #10 in the queue. It went by fairly quickly and we were seated within half an hour. Very clean environment, friendly staff and you can tell by the product how much care and time they spend perfecting these recipes. We will definitely be coming back here in the future.
The soup is actually not too salty, and it tastes very delicious~~ The char siu is a large piece of lean meat but not firewood at all, it tastes fragrant and tender~~ The restaurant stipulates that the noodles should not make a "sucking" sound, I actually like it a lot Such~~the menu is a bit limited, and the unit price is high, but it feels worth it~ One bite of soup and one mouthful of noodles can be eaten just right~~The ratio of solid to liquid is basically perfect~
