From start to finish it was delicious! Staff was very sweet and helped when we needed it. Very easy to order and order more if you want. Can't tell you how amazing the food was. Omg, like melt in your mouth amazing. My husband and I had a great experience and hope to come back before we leave Japan.

We had a family vacation to Tokyo in June and my daughter had done some research prior of places to dine and visit during our trip. She wanted to try out Ichiran Ramen restaurant. She've heard nice things about this place. Ichiran did not disappoint us. If anyone comes to Tokyo looking for a ramen place and a unique experience with amazing flavors, Ichiran is the place. You get to select your dish and select the levels of seasoning (saltiness), richness, garlic, spiciness, noodle firmness, and scallions. Each person gets a private cubbie to enjoy their ramen. I really enjoyed my ramen and happy with my flavor selections.

The ramen at this place is fully customisable - from the richness of the soup to the amount of garlic on the noodles. Needless to say, the ramen is absolutely delicious. Ichiran is perfect if you're dining alone or with another person. The booths are very private and quiet. Come early as the queue can get long. Order and pay at the machine outside. Cash only.
