This ramen shop is located just after entering the shopping street on the east side of the Togoshi Ginza intersection. On this day, I ordered "rich miso chicken soba" and "gravy chicken gyoza" separately. The miso chicken soba had a rich flavor unique to this restaurant and was delicious. The chicken dumplings have a poster in the store that says, ``The aim is to have a gravy overflowing like xiaolongbao,'' and the chicken dumplings were just like that, and the gravy overflowed with the first bite. As the staff recommended, it was delicious even without seasoning!

The noodles were thick and responsive and very delicious!
