The staff was so friendly and helpful. They helped to explain everything that we could not figure out. I got the ramen with soft-boiled egg and soy sauce (shoyu) broth. The gyoza were delicious too! It was excellent. This was the first place that allowed me to customize the order (firmness of noodles, richness of flavor, amount of oil). There is garlic, chili paste, sesame, and onion to add to the bowl to flavor the ramen exactly how you like it.

Extremely good ramen. Some of the best I've had on my vacation here. The broth is very flavorful and the noodles used retain flavour well. The staff was also helpful and polite despite not speaking much English. I highly recommend
