Think of clear, rich ramen broth, floating with juicy wheat noodles, finely cut, topped with juicy golden corn kernels, bamboo shoots, slivers of shallots, a pouch of poached spinach, this is fine ramen. With a generous dollop of gold fat butter. Excellent ramen and smooth service, among a throng of patrons, all slurping. Another dish is the sesame paste, white miso broth, topped with eggs, bean sprouts, slice of pork and mince. Both dishes are hugely welcome while walking through Harajuku. A small restaurant and a fine ramen. Hence the stars.

Must visit ramen place in Harajuku. It is just one street off of the main Harajuku street so won't be as busy as the other places. It uses a typical vending machine ticket system but there were plenty of choices on the type of broth for the ramen and sides. The staff were very friendly and accomodating, and the seating was comfortable but somewhat limited given the size of the restaurant. The ramen in the combo was a bit light in protein so if you are very hungry, I would suggest ordering extra pork. The broth was very light and easy to drink. On the other hand, the tonkotsu ramen broth was very nice and creamy. It was empty when we visited at 11:30am but quickly filled up during the lunch rush. I would visit again if in the Harajuku area. 🍜Food: We ordered two ramens for ¥1,000 each and 6 dumplings for ¥390. They were tender, hot, and absolutely delicious! I 100% recommend! 😄Service: The staff was respectful, friendly, and very helpful. We initially struggled with using the ordering machine outside. After ~1 min, the staff came out and eagerly helped us. He also asked ahead if we have any dietary restrictions. The ramen arrived very quickly after ordering. 🎋Atmosphere: The restaurant was cozy and comfortable, with a variety of seating available (e.g. tables for 6-8, tables for 2-4, single bar seats). The decor was also very nice. 🗺️Location: Around a 5 min walk from Harajuku Station/ Takeshita Street. Very convenient! 🚽Toilet: Available on the 2nd floor (outside the restaurant). Overall, a very nice experience! I would definitely recommend!
