*This store is Hakata Standard. I often stop by the Motosumiyoshi store, but this was my first visit. Ramen @630 is very much appreciated in this day and age. (As of 23/03) I'm also happy about the replacement ball @100. I had the impression that Hakata-style noodles had fewer noodles, but this one had quite a bit of noodles and was satisfying to eat. The tender pork shoulder roast was also quite delicious. Thank you for the treat. I will visit you again (^^♪
I had black Hakata with a set of dumplings (small) for dinner. I was asked when to serve gyoza, but I was originally going to have kaedama, so I don't care about that kind of thing, so I leave it to the restaurant. If you think about it, gyoza takes about 7 minutes, and boiling noodles takes seconds, so it seems like a lot of trouble. For the firmness, I used Barikata at first, and Harigane for Kaedama. One of these days, I'm going to try to compare the powder remover and the softer eating. Black Hakata has good color and good smell, and when I thought that it was using squid ink, it seems that it is the work of burnt garlic.
