Minato City, Tokyo, Japan｜Tokyo Ramen Tower

My first Ramen in Japan since 2019, what a great first bowl to come back too. The broth was rich and flavourful with a silky texture. The noodles were perfectly elastic. The pork was tender and well seasoned. Arigato gozaimasu!

This was the best little ramen shop! Three options - soy broth, salt broth, or vegan. You pay on a little machine when you first walk in that does have English as an option, but only for a portion of the screen, but the staff are very friendly, speak adequate English and are more than willing to help! Machine takes cash or card. Seemed like a nice lil local joint - the hospitality made it above and beyond! Highly recommended

Ramen were amazing with a subtle yuzu-citrus flavor. Really fair price too. I saw they had a vegan ramen option too! Be aware that you need to place an order on a machine at the entrance that takes ONLY cash. The machine also is in Japanese only so come prepared with the Google translate app with the camera-translate feature. The staff spoke pretty good English however and was ready to help us order on the machine so you won't have much trouble. Thank you to them for the amazing service and small talks ✌️
