Minato City, Tokyo, Japan｜Afuri Roppongi Crossing Gate

As a foreigner living in Japan, ramen is not really my favorite or an option I choose when being hungry because the broth is usually too salty. However, they cook so well here. I ordered yuzu ratan ramen and wasn’t disappointed! The soup was sour combined with spicy flavor harmoniously. Soft boiled egg was perfect and chashu was quite large yet tender. Staffs are nice and there is english menu available.

A wonderful gem in Minato City, Roppongi. This spot was recommended by the Inn I was staying while visiting Japan, and I was a wonderful choice. Delicious broth, great Ramen noodles, and with the freshest veggies with a wonderful presentation. Don't forget to get a drink, and it's better to make it a local brew. I will definitely come back.

Super famous, well known, one of the first recommendations we received even if it's a chain! Pretty satisfied, cute, small and cozy place, ramen prepared under your eyes, wide choice and you have to order at the entrance using a machine! Quality of ramen was very very high, don't miss it where ever you are in Tokyo, there are many of them!
