More Comments at Google MapIt's really delicious. It's amazing that the soup has so much depth in a neutral style. Are there two types of chashu? Each one had a different taste. I had a choice of thick noodles or thin noodles, but they recommended thin noodles, so I went with thin noodles. It's not flashy, but I got the impression that it was made with great sincerity. It's a little far from the station, but it's worth the trip. Highly recommended. I want to eat it again.
I received the special soy sauce soba lunch set. I really liked the taste of the soup, which was packed with the flavor of the chicken and dried fish, and the sharp soy sauce that went with it. The pork shoulder loin char siu was soft and juicy and full of flavor, and the chicken char siu had a firm texture and black pepper even though it was breast meat, and it had a presence that rivaled the soup and pork char siu. You can choose between thin noodles and thick noodles, so I chose the thick noodles. The noodles were thick and flat, cooked just the right amount, and had a good texture with a chewy core. The mini chicken char siu rice bowl in the set goes well with the sauce and Kujo green onion, and the rice goes well with it. There are only 7 seats at the counter inside the store, and it gets crowded at lunchtime. The staff's work and customer service are very polite and the store is very comfortable.
Delicate taste with soy sauce and Japanese-style soup stock! Everything is well-balanced, including the soup stock, noodles, char siu, flavored eggs, and Kujo green onions! Thank you for always eating♪
