At the shops I've been to multiple times, the menus are usually decided, so I didn't eat seasonal items or limited menus, and I ate my favorite standard menus, but this time I tried cold ramen for the first time. I've always ordered ramen with half wontons and half char siu here, but it's the first time I've tried it because it's too hot and I'm interested in chilled ramen. Ice floats in the soup, and the taste is light while still retaining umami. This is good! I thought the slightly floating oil was chicken oil, but it turned out to be sesame oil. This sesame oil scented soup is refreshing and good for summer. If you add a separate plate of char siu to the soup, the pork fat will rise to the surface, so it's better to eat it without adding it to the soup. It's good to have a familiar feeling of wasabi in char siu. It was my first cold ramen, but it was more delicious than I thought. Recently, I've been seeing chilled ramen here and there at other ramen shops, so it might be a good idea to try chilled ramen.

Char siu is creamy. Ramen soup is also a stable assari. Well, there should be a line when you leave the store. Thank you for the meal.

The usual! I can say that I order the same menu, but the Kitakata ramen is delicious every time I eat it. Although it is a chain restaurant, the ramen here is definitely better than other Kitakata ramen. Edamame goes well with beer depending on how well it is boiled and how much salt it has. The staff who are always there in the evening are kind and will talk to you in a friendly manner, so children can feel at ease.
