More Comments at Google MapAs a tourist staying for 3 month in Tokyo, this ramen shop was by far the best one I have been to ! This ramen shop is really appreciated by the locals you will always see customers at any time You can order easily with the machine even if you don’t know the language The chef is so kindhearted and passionate about his craft it’s an awesome experience to see his process of making the perfect bowl of ramen ! All the recipes are good, you can add toppings if you need to but the basic one is really good ! My favorite were the salt and the original Tonkatsu ramen ! Unbelievable flavor and richness of the broth that make you wanna return as soon as possible ! I think I went there at least 2 times a week during my trip ! Overall Ramen Taikei is a gem and I hope too come back soon !
Shimoigusa branch is a famous restaurant where you can enjoy the best miso ramen in Tokyo. This store only has a counter, but there is also an Asagaya store a few minutes walk away that also has table seating. I think there are many different types of miso ramen, but the miso ramen here is rich and rich with back fat added to the soup. Personally, I think that if you add the garlic and bean sauce that are placed as table seasonings to the spicy miso ramen that you order with the noodles hardened, the umami will be boosted and the dish will be perfect. No matter how many times I eat it, I always end up with this... In addition to miso ramen, you can also enjoy tonkotsu soy sauce ramen and salt ramen, so if you are interested, please come and visit us!
[Revisit] ・Salt ramen ·Miso Ramen Although they contain the same salt, miso, and backfat, each one tastes different and delicious. You can enjoy the salt ramen with thin curly noodles and the miso ramen with thick noodles. Miso can also be made to taste like dandan noodles by adding spicy miso from the table. Whatever you eat here is delicious, so you can come here with confidence. Thanks for the meal. [First visit] ・Charshu noodles Ramen with plenty of backfat in pork bone and soy sauce soup. Despite its appearance, the soup wasn't that bad and was easy to drink. Rice is free for lunch, so you can easily make a char siu bowl by adding char siu, menma, etc.! It's open late at night, and it's not a fancy place, so feel free to come here. This is a store that I hope will continue to exist.
