More Comments at Google Mapthe best ramen ever. tasty soup and gentle noodle matches fantastically. sometimes closes due to owner's condition. absolutely delicious anyway.
I ate dried sea bream tsukemen and whole chicken soy sauce tsukemen. The soy sauce is seasoned with wasabi, and the chicken is served with ginger. Tsukemen with thin noodles is rare, and is topped with plenty of kelp water to prevent it from tangling. First of all, the chicken, soy sauce, and ginger go well together, and the kelp water goes well with the strong soy sauce. And the aroma of the sea bream and dried sardines and the flavor of the sea bream are exquisite. I don't like dried sardines, but I ate them all in one go. It's a small shop with some stairs, but I'd like to come back to eat ramen next time!
I ordered the special sea bream niboshi ramen. The scent of dried sea bream is elegant, and the umami of chicken soup comes later. The noodles are thin noodles, like those made by Kaikaro, which I often see in Taito Ward. It goes very well with the refreshing eye soup. There are two types of char siu, chicken breast and duck? Very flavorful and delicious. The wontons are large and chewy, and when you bite into them, the meat juices come out and are delicious. The taste change is shredded yuzu wrapped in uncured ham besides seaweed. Goes great with soup. Menma is thin and has a firm texture. Totally delicious. It was ramen that I could eat anytime, every day.
