2023.3.12 Today I ordered "Meat Tsukemen". The soup, noodles, and chashu were really delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I had a large serving of pepper lemon tsukemen (400g of noodles) (950 yen). The store is a small shop with only counters. Even at lunchtime, the owner runs the shop alone, but I think it's a very clean and comfortable shop. Also, there is a noodle-making machine in front of the ticket vending machine, and I personally liked the fact that I could feel that they were making their own noodles here. It is no exaggeration to say that this shop specializes in tsukemen, and only serves three types of tsukemen and mazesoba. No ramen. And this tsukemen is so delicious! There is a famous tsukemen restaurant "Enji" near here, and I also thought that it was the most delicious tsukemen restaurant around here until I visited this restaurant, but the evaluation is this restaurant. covered with The noodles are slightly harder than regular tsukemen. In a sense, it is served in a state that can be said to be al dente of noodles. For that reason, it feels like it's chewy and chewy rather than chewy. Because tsukemen is eaten by mixing the noodles with the soup, it is often served slightly soft. I was a little worried about that, but it turned out to be a baseless worry. The reason is this thick soup. Pepper-lemon is quite an unusual type of soup, but it is a very honest and rich soup. This is my first experience with thick soup, and I think it's the originality of this shop that other shops don't have. And finally, cabbage served at the edge of the noodle bowl. It looks like salted cabbage that is often served at izakaya, but it is probably lightly pickled cabbage (unconfirmed). The sweetness of the cabbage moderately resets the inside of your mouth, and you can also use it to change the taste by eating it with the noodles. It is served with cabbage and eaten with tsukemen. This was also my first experience. I have eaten tsukemen at various restaurants, but I personally think that the originality of this restaurant is second to none. It's not too crowded and you can sit next to you even at lunchtime, which is a nice point. I will ask again.

Simple and delicious tsukemen I've been going since it first opened. Specializing in one-off surgery, such as a thick and hot soup with a rich seafood flavor, a thick and chewy char siu, soft bamboo shoots, thick noodles with a chewy and barley flavor, Sawagami cabbage that is like a short-lived oasis. Good counters on the same line, all good as ever. This is one of the tsukemen restaurants that I hope will continue for a long time to come!
