More Comments at Google Map野方hope (Nogata hope) is a pretty nice Ramen shop in Nogata, one station in the 西武新宿 (Seibu Shinjuku) line. The space of this shop is small, being 8-9 seats. In midnight, there will be a line for waiting the delicious ramen. It is a traditional tonkotsu ramen, but the chef uses the fat in pig back to get more and more flavor and taste. I particularly take a picture with the fatty tonkotsu soup. The noodle is also nice and full chewy. After swing the ramen with passion and yelling, a delicacy is produced. Even the flavor of tonkotsu soup is so thick that it cannot be finished at all. The shop offer lots of seasons to help change the taste. I recommend to eat the pickles for taking a rest, or crush a fresh garlic and add some chilly powder to the soup to get more flavors. There are lots of branches in Tokyo, but I feel the home shop is the best one to have a ramen.
Best ramen EVER ! My family and I were staying near by and we ate there almost every day. Friendly staff and great atmosphere!! Will go back anytime!! 😍
Not only was the ramen delicious, but that atmosphere was electric. The guys that work here have an amazing passion for their craft and it shines through. Definitely worth a visit
