More Comments at Google MapVisited on a weekday night. There weren't many customers, probably because it was located just inside an alley and a little away from the hustle and bustle. I ordered salt ramen medium size (800 yen). The seasoning of the soup is mild, and even if you dip the noodles in, the flavor won't soak in that much, but when you scoop it out with a lotus spoon and add it to your mouth, it has just the right amount of flavor. I often get tired of the strong flavor of tsukemen towards the end, but this time I was lucky that the flavor was light. Adding homemade spicy shrimp gives it a mild flavor and a nice spice.
A salt tsukemen shop with a distinctive flavor of dried sardines and smooth chicken broth. I ordered a large serving of salted tsukemen topped with menma. The visual of the dipping sauce gives the impression of chicken broth and dried sardines. There is almost no viscosity, making it a smooth dipping sauce. The noodles are medium thick. It's not extremely thick, but it feels a little thick. The first bite hits you with the taste of dried sardines. I think the distinctive flavor is the flavor of the fish that comes through your nose. The deep flavor of chicken. I get the impression that the chicken delivers the flavor as if covering the fish. It's a smooth dipping sauce, so the way it sticks together is just right.
A shop that I go to 2-3 times a month❗️I recommend the salted tsukemen 😃 You can put shrimp and powder like powder on the noodles and eat it!! ️ This mysterious shrimp powder became a habit, and after a while I wanted to eat it and now I'm addicted to the mysterious powder 😃🎉🎉🎉
