I ordered spicy oil soba at a ramen shop in a student town. Homemade noodles made with natural kansui are thick and chewy. The spicy sauce is just the right amount, not too spicy. Like abura soba, the mildness of the vinegar added in the middle and the stimulation of the chili peppers are a fun change. The overall satisfaction is high, and I'm happy that it's the same price as the large serving, and I'm convinced that the store is full and popular! 700 yen (spicy oil soba) +100 yen (flavored egg)
