Family owned ramen shop. First time I tried “Mushroom ramen”. Very good. Food is very honest, not extravagant, has a homemade vibe. Place has a very welcoming warm atmosphere.

I used to eat miso ramen at Sapporoya in Jiyugaoka and it was so delicious I'll never forget it, but it's now closed. I don't know if it's a affiliated store, but I was drawn to the same name as ``Ganso Sapporoya'' and entered the store. As expected, I ordered miso ramen (set gyoza plus 150 yen). The gentle taste of white miso that I was looking for. It might not be enough for people who like strong flavors, but it's just the right amount of flavor for me. Even though I didn't add anything in particular, there was plenty of seaweed. It was very delicious!

I overlooked it in Nerima, which is a hot spot for ramen, but personally it was amazing and delicious. The noodles are chewy and the miso ramen soup is salty and rich, making you addicted to it. The soup dumplings were also very delicious. I think everything from ramen to individual small plates are delicious for the price.
