More Comments at Google MapI'm surprised at the Bad reviews. Welcome To Japan Ramen is teh fastest of food not fine dining. Fish based ramen broth is rare but slowly gaining popularity and this place is incredibly delicious. The servings are a little small but the ramen is tops. If this is your worse ramen experience tell me where you eating ramen? Cause I didn't have no problems considering my 11 years eating ramen in Japan. The ramen came out fast the ONE guy working there was pleasant enough and tbh I don't want no one talking to me while I'm enjoying my ramen. Japanese people expect a greeting when you come and go at most so I don't know why people expecting white glove service. I also really liked the Kakuni side mini don. Also the price is fairly good a standard ramen and mini don is 850 yen.
The chuka soba is excellent! The simple soy sauce tare and chicken soup stock are well-balanced. The noodles, the egg and the spinach are great too. The slice of char-siu pork tastes a bit strong but i didn't dislike it either.
From Nishi-Shinjuku 5-chome, cross Shimizu Bridge, go a little further towards Honan-cho, turn right at the road just beyond the traffic light, and you will find the ramen shop “Seimen Rabo” on the right. I think there is a yellow sign along Honan-dori, so I think it's probably okay. When you arrive at the store, it is a sliding door, but the left side is written as "not the entrance", so do not open the left side even if you make a mistake. Enter quietly from the right side. Ramen is big, "Ramen: Rich fish soup", "Chinese soba: Light chicken soup", "Chinese soba: Light fish soup", and there are Tsukemen, but I'm wondering which one to order. After all, the one written at the top is "thick fish soup", but the recommendation is "light chicken soup". Believe in the recommendation here and try “Chinese noodles: light chicken soup”. Chinese soba that came out. The clear, brown soup is topped with large char siu pork, green onions, bamboo shoots, green vegetables, and seaweed. Noodles are medium thin straight noodles. It's my favorite type. The soup is chicken bone soy sauce base. The soup stock is often out, but the impression is that it is surprisingly light. The noodles have moderate corners and the soup is well entwined. A type of ramen that goes smoothly rather than focusing on impact. It's nice to have a ramen shop like this in your neighborhood!
