I’ve been looking forward to this for months and it’s totally worth it! I chose level 4 and it’s not really that spicy. Though spicy, you can still smell the yuzu fragrance and taste it, too. There was no one queuing at dinner time. I was super lucky.😎

The ramen here was delicious! We had a hard time finding the restaurant underground in the subnade, but boy was I surprised. The broth was citrusy and the egg was soft on the inside with flavor. The noodles were thin and chewy and OMG the pork belly just melted in my mouth. You can choose different levels of heat which is a plus! It was so good my son couldn’t stop talking about it. Only $9 for a bowl, it is so worth it.

My visit to this ramen restaurant was a delightful experience that satisfied my craving for a comforting bowl of goodness.
