Kyushuya is a wonderful restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Kyushu cuisine. We also recommend the freshest sashimi, horse sashimi, and Hakata offal hotpot with a nostalgic taste. Anyway, everything I eat here is delicious and there are many types of dishes, so I feel like ``I'll try this next time I come.'' Particularly recommended were: Grilled conger eel: A dish that you won't find anywhere else, where raw conger eel is grilled at the table and you can enjoy its fluffy texture. Hitara: Half a chicken? A delicious dish made with large pieces of fried chicken. The spicy taste makes the drink go well. Special shrimp and salt dumplings: The shrimp dumplings are well-seasoned and are delicious both by eating them as is and by dipping them in the special salt sauce. I can't stop drinking either. The inside of the restaurant is clean and you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is courteous and will respond to your detailed requests when ordering. The price range is a little high compared to neighboring restaurants, but you can feel that they are particular about the ingredients and taste. For those who want to enjoy Kyushu cuisine, I think this restaurant deserves a 5 star rating.

Mustard lotus root and mentaiko are exquisite. Also, the store is underground and has a good atmosphere!
