More Comments at Google MapSooo I'll preface this saying I'm lactose intolerant and like an idiot I looked up what a carbonera was after I ordered it. When entering i look japanese so they first did everything in japanese until i asked for the english menu. They gave me some water real quick and then i ordered through their QR code at the table. I followed some other reviews and ordered the udon carbonera. But i enjoy eating so i also got the wagyu steak (translated as black steak) and some fried clams. The food came out pretty quickly, first the carbonera. The carbonera was not bad, but as I said earlier I'm lactose intolerant and not the most fond of cheese dishes. I finished the noodles and most of the toppings but didn't drink the broth. Despite all that I'd say udon carbonera is a 4/5, if it was more my style could definitely b a 5/5. While working through the udon i recieved the wagyu and clams which were pretty good. There were 3... accompaniments I'll call them (not sure what you call them) that came with the wagyu along with some veggies on the plate. The clams had some veggies on the plate and I just used the soy sauce that came with the wagyu. The wagyu was EXTREMELY soft and very good and clans were very good as well. They were soft and had a good amount of flavor. I'd say wagyu was 5/5 and clams were 4.5/5 I wrote most of this review on the nice heated seat of the toilet (the bidet controls are on the right btw). The wagyu was 6k yen (~40 usd) and clams were 750 yen (~5 USD) and the udon was 1300 yen (~9 usd). All in all I'd say very worth and I'd like to try their more traditional udon next time.
Excellent udon! Very kind staff and great atmosphere. Must go!
The udon dishes were delectable. Flavorful and generous portions. Special mention are the tempura, carbonara udon and the Ceasars salad. Great prices too!
