I have a recommendation for a good Izakaya restaurant at Otuka. It's a local Izakaya that serves delicious Sashimi. It's well worth going! and Owner is nice and kind.

A hidden gem. You should stop by this little Izakaya if you’re around the area. All the fish are worth trying. You will not be disappointed!

About 15 minutes on foot from Otsuka Station, it is at the end of a street dotted with restaurants and Asian supermarkets. It is a small shop with only a counter. According to the general manager, it can be full early in the day, and it is vacant around 20:00 on weekdays. (If there are no customers, they may close early at 22:00 2023.1.) You can enjoy sashimi, simmered dishes, grilled dishes, and a la carte dishes, mainly fish dishes, at reasonable prices. You can also enjoy Japanese sake, shochu, etc. at reasonable prices. There is no rice on the menu, but for those who crave rice when faced with a variety of fish dishes, they will prepare a small amount of frozen rice.
