I appreciate that each dish is prepared on a small plate. Everything was delicious from beginning to end, and I wasn't sure if it was potage or stew, but it was so delicious that I wanted a second helping. I thought it was a very good restaurant and I could feel the care put into every dish. It seems to be a popular restaurant, so it's best to make a reservation.

I visited for lunch on a weekday. When I visited at 12:15, there were some empty seats at the counter, so I was able to slip in. I ordered the fried oysters. Arrived in just 5 minutes. There are 4 large fried oysters. I put vegetables on the bottom, but there's a lot of radish on top, which I appreciate because the condiments freshen up the palate. Miso soup has a lot of ingredients and vegetables, which makes me happy! The rice was also delicious. I want to come here at night too. It was very delicious. Thank you for the meal.

They have a good selection of shochu, and the food is elegant and delicious. It had a nice interior and the seats could be used for entertaining. The staff are polite and knowledgeable about shochu, so I think this is a restaurant recommended for sake lovers.
