We recommend sitting at the counter so you can listen to a lot about sake while ordering. What I want you to try is the green onion and melted tofu salad. I like the taste, and since it comes in a roll, it's easy to eat without having to portion it out. The stingray fin is tender and you can eat stingray fin that you don't often see elsewhere. The staff are also friendly and nice. This is a store where time really flies.
