This is a grilled motsu shop. Lever is recommended. The shochu highball is served without ice, so it's a bit overwhelming.

I visited on a Friday after 8pm, and 90% of the seats were occupied. This is a popular restaurant that is so full that you can't get in on the day before Golden Week. I had Shiro, Nankotsu, and Shiitake mushrooms, and they were so delicious! Delivery was also smooth. The minke whale was also cheap at around 400 yen, but it was plentiful.
