Very nice food. Even if you are vegetarian, you can try many dishes such as shima tofu, eggplant sashimi, a type of seaweed in vinegar, natto omelet (with egg), etc. They have no English menu, and the host disclaim that she cannot speak English, but if you know some basic Japanese for restaurants and can use Google lens (only partially working because the menu is handwritten), you could order something, and she can actually confirm some items in English with you.

This was our last dinner in Tokyo (unfortunately we were about to fly back to Italy!) and it has been one of the best. The food is genuine, the owner is very kind and welcoming and the atmosphere is cosy: everything was PERFECT, we recommend it. Menu is available only in japanese but dkn't worry, the owner will knoe how to please your taste. Thank you from Italy!
