The main customer base is working groups in their 20s to 40s. The male to female ratio seems to be about 50/50. This is a Japanese-style izakaya with bright lighting and a clean feel. The hall staff are attentive and attentive, and their bright and lively customer service is impressive. I'm glad that the delivery time is quick. A large amount of amberjack is served on a long, thin metal plate. The staff will grate sesame seeds and sprinkle them on the amberjack near your seat. You can feel the scent of sesame seeds and there is movement, so it is very entertaining. You can feel the flavors of grated white sesame seeds, soy sauce, and chopped green onions. Amberjack is quite meaty, and when you eat it with mustard, it's strange that it has a refreshing taste that is different from ginger or wasabi. The volume is more than enough. I also feel that the menu looks great on SNS. ★Beef tendon tofu I thought it was a small bowl menu, so I casually ordered it. A large plate that could be mistaken for a clay pot contains a piece of silken tofu and beef tendon soaked in an elegantly aromatic white miso (?) stock. I didn't expect it to contain a piece of tofu, so I was surprised by how exciting the dish was. All the dishes are delicious and plentiful. In addition to the dishes I ordered this time, there were many other things I was interested in, so it was a restaurant that I would like to visit again. This is a popular izakaya with a reasonable price and an extensive menu. I enjoyed a variety of drinks as well. Personally, it was so delicious that I would go there often if it was in my neighborhood. We ordered a variety of grilled foods, sashimi, and small snacks, and they were all absolutely delicious. I had never eaten sashimi with sesame sauce and mustard before, but it was so delicious that I was shocked to find out that there was such a way to eat it. Also, at first glance it looks like a chain store, but it doesn't seem like it's a nationwide store. To be more precise, it seems like it's run by a company that owns several restaurants, but it seems like Inasemon is the only one here, so I'll definitely go back next time I'm nearby.
