Taito Ward is an izakaya in Negishi 1-chome. It is a good location, just a 20-second walk straight along the tracks from the north exit ticket gate of JR Uguisudani Station. The area around the station is one of the busiest in Tokyo. Located in that alley, it is a popular shop that is loved by the locals. Stop by as usual to have a drink as well as dinner. The signboard menu is a variety of motsuyaki and special stew. There is also a recommendation of the day, but here we start with motsuyaki and stew. I'll get you a hoppy set first. It is true that the tumbler glass is Hoppy genuine specification. First of all, the special stew. Served in a small clay pot. Filled with tofu and plenty of chopped green onions. Sprinkle shichimi a little and take a bite. The taste is very good. Hats off to you. Next is motsuyaki. I will add Japanese mustard. With just the right amount of baking, the taste is also excellent. The huge tsukune is also excellent in taste, and the replacement in Hoppy is progressing smoothly. Thanks to you, it's a good finish. Well, the last one will be closed with yakisoba. Soft, medium-thin noodles with a slightly spicy sauce. Even though the ingredients are pork, bean sprouts, and komatsuna, it doesn't look fancy. It was such a cheap and delicious place that I ate here for 4 out of 6 days and 5 nights in Tokyo. After eating here, I visited many expensive houses after returning to Korea, but houses that are not as good as toenails are selling for 4-5,000 won per skewer... If you are going to Tokyo, I recommend you to visit these local restaurants at least once. The atmosphere was good, the taste was good, the price was good, and it was a house where there was no corner to miss.
