More Comments at Google MapNice ramen place which offers fried noodle options. The broth and other aspects are very good (and you can just have a standard ramen), but the crunchy noodles provide an interesting and good counterpoint to the texture of the meal.
Another 5-star ramen shop I rated in Tokyo. The specialty is bonito flakes, crispy noodles and chunks of meat with a rich aroma of fat, and the char siew noodles are highly recommended.
Fried ramen sounds absolutely insane at first but it's actually great. There's a bit of crunch to the noodles, but also a bit of the usual ramen texture. The rich sauce is pretty thick and flavorful, but not overpowering or cloying. The price point is also hard to beat.
